Dr. Daniel Daley (Chiropractic Physician) of Athens Chiropractic, has been providing chiropractic healthcare to the Athens community since February of 1990.

Dr. Daley who is originally from Buffalo, N.Y., came to Athens and fell in love with the city. “These past 17 years have been wonderful to love and work in Athens and we attribute our success to the people of this community,” he says. Athens Chiropractic is a family chiropractic clinic, striving to help people of all ages attain optimal health. Using a variety of techniques enables Dr. Daley to treat many musculo-skeletal related ailments. “Each patient is unique and requires a comprehensive evaluation and health history to determine appropriate care,” states Dr. Daley. “A sound treatment plan may include spinal adjustment, nutritional supplements and/or exercise".

Dr. Daley, along with his staff of compassionate team members, also offers techniques geared towards the geriatric patient. “Low and non-force methods, including spinal decompression, have proven to be effective in increasing mobility for a more active lifestyle,” Dr. Daley" explains.

Along with his successful practice, Dr. Daley is most proud of his family, which includes wife Shelli and daughters Maggie, Kate, Caroline, and Sloane.

Dr. Daley focuses on being truthful with his patients about their condition. “If chiropractic care des not prove to be beneficial, I readily refer to other medical professionals to help manage a patient’s treatment,” he says. “The patient is the one who benefits from this service and I think our patients appreciate our honesty when treating them. It’s so nice to hear when people tell me how much we’ve helped them.

Through the years, Dr. Daley has seen many changes in healthcare management. He keeps up to date on new techniques and technology by attending continuing education classes. “Post-graduate courses enable us to stay on the cutting edge of healthcare and preventative measures,” he states. Much of Dr. Daley’s expertise comes from his 21 years of practice in the chiropractic profession. He attended the State University of New York at Brockport and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. He has performed post-graduate work in radiology, sports injuries, and orthopedics.

Dr. Daley is also certified in whiplash injuries from the Spine Institute of San Diego.
